Billing and Subscription Terms

Effective Date: 15 December 2024.

These Billing and Subscription Terms ("Terms") apply to all users of AI Upscaler ("App"). By subscribing to the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans

The App offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Plan details, including pricing, duration, and benefits, are displayed within the App at the time of subscription.

2. Payment

• Payment is processed through your [App Store/Google Play] account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions with recurring billing will automatically renew unless canceled as described below.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage auto-renewal in your account settings.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your [App Store/Google Play] account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled directly by [App Store/Google Play]. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you can request one using the following links:

Note: We are unable to process refunds directly.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans, including their pricing and benefits, at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
